I'd just like to update my earlier comment on this page. Loyalty's Web has been republished by Leatherwood Press and is now available for purchase at Deseret Bookstores, and on their website, DeseretBook.com (http://deseretbook.com/store/product/5011757). It will soon be available in it's new format on Amazon.com, as well.
