We are passionate about reading. We hope the love we have for books, a love which you most likely share, shows in what we do on this website and in the podcast.

Hi! For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a wife, mother of four (3 daughters, 1 son), and lover of good books.
I have always loved to read. My mom told me I was reading the TV Guide before I started kindergarten. The first “grown-up” book I read was Shadow’s Song by Dorothy Keddington. My best friend, Hillary, loaned me her mother’s copy in junior high. I loved it, reading the rest of Dorothy Keddington’s books shortly after. I was hooked on the “good story.” I’ve spent the last 15+ years looking for and finding it. I love fiction, especially stories that are so well written you can’t stop thinking about the characters as if they were real people you know. It helps if there’s a good romance, too.
I also enjoy scrapbooking, photography, movies, walking, being in the mountains, crocheting, instrumental music (especially Celtic music) and dark mint chocolate. Happy reading!

I am a 5′10 beautiful blonde, with a handsome hubby, and children that are all above average. Okay, well- the last two parts are true. I am really about 5′6, dark brown hair etc. But hey, it’s fun pretending right?
Anyway, I am a non-fiction junkie, but am finding myself totally drawn to mystery-suspense these days. I used to be a romance only kind of girl, but I am lovin’ the suspense. I have 5 beautiful munchkins, 4 girls and 1 boy. I just graduated from massage therapy school and will at some point pursue doing massage on a more full time basis. For now, I work part-time for JetBlue and, no, I really don’t travel much
I am a hockey lovin’ freak (go Av’s!) and play for a local women’s team. I dream of having num-chuck skills and would love to be able to break a board with my head someday. Because I’m LDS, I scrapbook. It kind of works out well that I like it too
One day I will write a book. Have no idea what it’ll be about, maybe the digestive abilites of African Beetles. Who knows- but it will happen one day:)
Ladies,
I love you! I have really enjoyed listening to you. My husband likes me to go to bed with him at 9:00p.m. Can you imagine!!! Hence, I’m not tired, so I listen to your podcasts on my IPOD. I have read some really wonderful books that I would not have known about if not for your great recommendations. Keep up the good work, it is really appreciated.
Cheri,
Thank you for the kind words. We’re so glad you enjoy the podcasts!
